Preparation of Program of Requirements, complete Design and Construction Documents, and
Construction Observation of this 17,227 square foot dormitory for elementary age Native American children.
Bed space is provided for 82 children in 20 bedroom suites and 2 handicap sleeping rooms. Two television/
study rooms, a clinic with isolation rooms and administrative offices are also provided.

31,005 square foot elementary school located in northeast Arizona. The facility included
classrooms, multipurpose room and kitchen, library/media center, computer lab, and administrative offices. This
school's design was centered around a "hogan" - a traditional Navajo structure - to be used for cultural classes.
